GENERAL PROVISIONS
By browsing this area, the user accesses Streetechicc, accessible via the URL: Streetechicc.com. Browsing and transmitting a purchase order on the site imply acceptance of the Conditions and Data Protection Policies adopted by the site itself indicated therein.
These General Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of products with exclusive reference to purchases made on the site in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/05 amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/14 and Legislative Decree 70/03) by Streetechicc.
The user is required, before accessing the products supplied by the site, to read these General Conditions of Sale which are generally and unequivocally accepted at the time of purchase.
The user is invited to download and print a copy of the purchase form and of these General Conditions of Sale, the terms of which Steetechicc reserves the right to modify unilaterally and without prior notice.
OBJECT
These General Conditions of Sale govern the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on Streetechicc.com and do not govern, however, the supply of services or the sale of products by parties other than the seller who are present on the same site via links, banners or other hypertext connections.
CONCLUSIONS OF THE CONTRACT
Before concluding the contract, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Conditions of Sale including the Information on the right of withdrawal and the processing of personal data.
The contract is concluded when the seller receives the form filled out by the user, after verifying the accuracy of the data contained therein.
The user will be obliged to pay the price from the moment the online order forwarding procedure is concluded. This will happen by clicking on the “Place Order” button at the end of the guided procedure.
Once the contract is concluded, the seller takes charge of the order for its fulfillment.
REGISTERED USERS
In completing the registration procedures, the user undertakes to follow the instructions on the site and to provide their personal data correctly and truthfully.
Once registered, the user will receive a confirmation email in the email provided by him.
The confirmation will in any case exonerate Streetechicc from any liability regarding the data provided by the user. The user undertakes to promptly inform Streetechicc of any change in their data communicated at any time.
If the user communicates inaccurate or incomplete data or even in the event that there is a dispute by the interested parties regarding the payments made, Streetechicc will have the right not to activate or suspend the service until the relative deficiencies are rectified.
On the occasion of the first request for activation of a profile by the user, Streetechicc will assign the same username and password. The latter recognizes that such identifiers constitute the system for validating the user’s access to the Services and the only system suitable for identifying the user that the actions performed through such access will be attributed to him and will have binding effect on him. The user undertakes to maintain the secrecy of his access data and to guard them with due care and diligence and not to transfer them even temporarily to third parties.
DATA PROCESSING
The buyer’s data is processed in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the specific section containing the information pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation 2016/679 (Privacy Policy).
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Product availability refers to actual availability at the time the user places the order. However, this availability must be considered purely indicative because, due to the simultaneous presence of multiple users on the site, the products could be sold to other customers before the order is confirmed.
Even after the order confirmation email has been sent, there may be cases of partial or total unavailability of the goods. In this case, the order will be automatically corrected by eliminating the unavailable product and the user will be immediately informed by email.

PAYMENT METHODS
for each country in the support section of the website Streetechicc.com. We do not accept payment methods other than those indicated in the support section. We ask you not to try to pay in ways other than those specified. Should this occur, we will not be responsible for the loss of payment or for any damage that may be caused by such action.
If payment is made by credit/debit card, we will charge your account as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. This may take a few days. If payment is not received within 12 calendar days of placing your order, your order will be automatically cancelled. Payments will only be processed if billing information can be verified.
PRICES AND CURRENCIES
The prices of the products listed on the Platform include VAT, where applicable. Shipping costs are applied to each order. The exact shipping costs depend on the country to which the order is delivered. For details on shipping costs to the various countries, please see the help section of the Site.
The total price shown on the final checkout screen includes taxes and shipping. This price will be shown on your Order Confirmation which we recommend you print or download for future reference. If you pay by credit card, the total amount for the entire order will be shown on your bank statement in your local currency.
DELIVERY
Streetechicc will only deliver to the user’s address, provided at the time of purchase.
Delivery is generally made within 30 days or, if no delivery date is specified, within the time estimated at the time of selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within the maximum term of thirty days from the date of confirmation.
If it is not possible to make the delivery, the order will be sent to the warehouse. In this case, a notice will specify where the order is located and how to arrange a new delivery.
If you are unable to be present at the place of delivery at the agreed time, we ask you to contact us again to arrange a new delivery date.
If the delivery cannot take place for reasons not attributable to us after thirty days from the date on which the order is available for delivery, we will assume that you intend to terminate the contract.
CHECK PRODUCTS UPON DELIVERY
Upon delivery, please check that the packaging is not damaged. If the products appear damaged, please do not accept the shipment.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you can exercise your legal right of withdrawal. You can exercise your right of withdrawal by communicating your intention to return the product within 60 calendar days from the delivery of the product to you or to a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) or, if in the same order you have ordered different goods delivered separately, within 60 calendar days from the date on which the last product was delivered, without providing any justification.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you must return the products to us promptly and in any case no later than 60 calendar days from the date on which you communicated your intention to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Please ensure that the products you are returning are complete (for example, both items that form a pair must be returned) and have not been used in any way other than what is reasonably necessary to decide whether you wish to keep the products (this means that you can try on clothes or shoes to measure them, but you cannot wear or wash them). If you fail to comply with the above and the value of the product is reduced as a result, we may hold you liable for such reduction in value. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the product is made to your specifications or is clearly personalised (for example: products).
If you inform us of your intention to return a product, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the date on which you communicated to us your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. However, we may decide to withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned products or until you provide us with evidence that the products have been returned.
REFUND INFORMATION
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the initial transaction. If you paid by bank transfer, you will need to provide this information to Customer Service when you start the return process, so that we can refund the amount directly to your account.
